She texted a wrong number in 2009. Now they're married with 6 kids

In 2009, Brenda Rivera was trying to text a new friend, when she accidentally typed in a number belonging to a man named Isaiah Stearns. It was the beginning of a very unlikely meet-cute.

“I sent an uplifting Bible verse," Brenda, 36, tells TODAY.com. “A few minutes later, I get a reply that says, ‘Amen to that. Who is this?’”

Brenda explained that they had been introduced through her sister.

“He’s like, ‘I don’t think we’ve ever met, my name is Isaiah Stearns,” she recalled.
