Invisible Victims: When Men Are Abused

Abuse is a serious issue that affects people of all genders, yet there is still a pervasive stigma attached to men who have experienced abuse. This stigma stems from societal expectations of masculinity, which dictate that men should be strong and in control at all times. It’s a challenging issue for many to admit — and even more difficult to track down and implement real solutions.
