The West Coast Legend Snoop Dogg is known for switching it up, but this new project couldn’t be predicted. The icon announced on Beats 1 Radio he is officially working on a gospel project, that will eventually become an album. This is a surprise because the announcement was made less than 24 hours after releasing his new album, "Neva Left."
During his interview, he spoke about having Faith Evans on the album along with Charlie Wilson, Jeffrey Osborne and more. This is not to be taken as a revelation, Snoop says “It’s always been on my heart. I just never got around to it.”
In various solo projects and collaborations, Snoop has created songs in many genres from West Coast rap, country,disco, reggae and now, gospel. Snoop, we are all here for the gospel movement.
