Blessed Beatz in the streets-- Young Library Grand Opening

Over the weekend we got the chance to get out in the streets and do some good in your neighborhood.
The Young Library opening was on Saturday, November 5 at 10 AM at the Library located at 5107 Griggs Rd., 77021. The event hosted a press conference with Director, Dr. Rhea Brown Lawson, elected City of Houston officials, active community organizations and local school dance teams.
This event had a carnival to celebrate the opening of their state-of-the-art building and included a bottle toss, horseshoe, plinko, bounce houses, face painting, popcorn and hot dogs. We were there until about noon. Blessed Beatz hosted a Hula Hoop Contest, Dance Contest and Karaoke for guests of all ages.
